A truly unique experience to gain access and insight into the European Astronaut Centre (EAC) in Cologne. This money-can’t-buy experience for up to four people will include a private tour of the incredible facilities of the German Space Agency where the EAC is situated. Your personal guide, Dr David Green, is the Education Coordinator at the EAC and Senior Lecturer in Aerospace Physiology. The tour includes the Neutral Buoyancy Facility, Astronaut Training Hall, Astronauts Gym and Operations consoles that link to the International Space Station.
You will learn about the ‘SkinSuit’, co-developed by Dr Green, which flew to the International Space Station for the first time in 2015 and had its own exhibit at the London Science Museum. Providing it fits you may even get to try one on for yourself!
Plus, with a private dinner with Dr Green included, this is a truly "out of this world" experience, perfect for friends or a family of four!
