Paul Merrett is a restaurateur, culinary author and television chef and is often seen as a guest on Saturday Kitchen, Sunday Brunch, The Secret Chef and MasterChef. Twice awarded Michelin stars in his fine dining days, Paul now owns and runs 2 London gastro pubs - The Fox & Grapes in Wimbledon and The Victoria in Sheen... the latter being awarded London’s Best Gastro Pub.

Anton Manganaro began his culinary career at the Royal Garden Hotel, The Interlude and The Greenhouse. He has spent more than sixteen years as ‘Head Chef to the stars’ at BAFTA, leading the kitchen for private events and the annual BAFTA Awards.
